摘要
探讨技术转移服务平台发展的现状和问题,以实践经验为基础,提出应用现代网络技术的基于Web的技术转移服务平台,并阐述了平台的建设目标、功能定位、具体实现等内容,此外,简要介绍了各个模块的功能。
This paper discussed the problems with regard to the development of tech-transfer service platform. Based on practical expe- rience, a web-based tech-transfer service platform was proposed for the modern network technology, and thorough explanation was giv- en to its construction goal,functional orientation and realization. The functions of the modules in the platform are also briefly introduced.
