Innovation-Driven development in Langfang by Cooperation among Universities and Research Institute,Government,and Enterprise

党的十八大报告指出科技创新是国家发展全局的核心,要着力构建以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系。要增强创新驱动发展新动力,加快构建现代产业发展新体系,不断增强长期发展后劲。本文从廊坊高新技术产业情况出发,剖析了政府在产学研结合中的不可或缺的作用,并提出政府需直接参与产学研合作,形成科政企三方合作的"三螺旋"的动态合作模式。

The 18th National Congress reports pointed out that technological innovation was the core of the national development. Chi- na intended to build market - oriented enterprises with the combination of research and technology innovation. It is important to en- hance innovation driven development and to increase the power of longterm development. This paper analyzed the indispensable role of industry - university - institute cooperation and put forward the cooperation mode.
