河北省发展农村休闲产业与农民增收途径研究

Research on the Development of Rural Leisure Industry and the Ways to Increase Income of Farmers in Hebei Province

农村休闲产业依靠农村自身各种资源条件,建立满足城镇居民休闲消费需求所需要的产业,是经济发展到一定阶段的产物。发展农村休闲产业不仅可以增加农民就业机会、扩展农民创业路径、不断提高农民工收入水平,而且可推动城乡经济协调发展,实现城乡互惠共赢。本文在阐述发展农村休闲产业意义的基础上,提出了发展设想和促进我国农村休闲产业及农民增收的对策建议,以期对我省农村经济快速、健康发展有所贡献。

Rural leisure industry relies on its various resources, setting up to meet the needs of the urban residents＇ demand of leisure consumption. It is a product of economic development to a certain stage. The development of rural leisure industry not only can increase employment opportunities for farmers, extend the peasants＇ entrepreneurship path, continuously improve the income level of migrant workers, but also can promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy, benefit both sides. This paper, based on analysis of the significance of the development of rural leisure industry, puts forward the suggestions to promote China＇s rural leisure industry and increasing the income of farmers,in an effort to contribute to the rapid, healthy develooment of the rural economy in our province.
