某社区300例困难老人社区卫生服务利用及需求调查

Survey on health status of 300 difficult elderly and their utilization of health resources in a community

目的:了解社区困难老人的健康状况、卫生资源利用及服务需求,为家庭医生健康管理提供依据。方法:采用问卷的方式,对2012年3-5月长宁区江苏社区纳入民政医疗保障项目300名困难老人进行卫生资源利用及需求调查。结果:调查对象慢性病患病率达99.3%,患两种以上慢性病占69.0%;主要是心血管系统、运动系统和心理精神疾病;在过去一年里10.7%的被调查者住过院。主要卫生需求依次为:健康体检、健康咨询和指导、健康知识讲座。结论:城市困难老人的健康状况较差,卫生服务需求量大,应将社区卫生与医疗帮困紧密结合,达到人人享有基本卫生服务的目的。

Objective: To learn the health status,utilization of health resources and demand for health services of the difficult elderly in order to provide the base for the family doctors to develop the health management.Method: Form March to May 2012,surveys of health resource utilization and requirement of 300 difficult elderly who were incorporated into the medicare program of civil administration in Jiangsu community of Changning district were conducted with questionnaires.Result: Prevalence of chronic disease in the surveyed subjects was 99.3%,of whom the proportion with two or more chronic diseases was 69.0%.The major health problems were cardiovascular disease,motor system disease,and psychological and mental illness.10.7% of the persons investigated had been admitted into the hospital in the past year.Their main health requirements were physical examination,health consultation and guidance,health education successively.Conclusion: The health condition of the difficult elderly in the urban area was poor and their health requirement was huge so the community health service should closely combine medicare to attain the target of health for everybody.
