摘要
固相微萃取技术是一种安全、高效的样品预处理技术。阐述了固相微萃取技术近几年的发展,应用及影响其工作条件的因素;固相微萃取的连用技术及其弊端,展望了固相微萃取技术的未来发展趋势。
SPME （Solid Phase Micro-extraction） is a safe, high-efficient extraction technique. This paper reviews the development and application of SPME during the past years and some factors affecting its working condition, as well as its combined techniques and its disadvan- tages. The future development is also discussed.
