摘要
以6个新引进的珍珠豆型花生品种为材料,通过实验室模拟干旱试验,并结合泰兴、如皋、盱眙、海门试点的田间抗旱鉴定结果,对不同花生品种的抗旱性进行评价。结果显示,经15%PEG6000胁迫处理后,贺油11、贺油12及中花15生物量累积降幅较小;而远杂9307、桂花1026及桂花836植株生长受到了明显抑制。同时田间抗旱鉴定试验表明,中花15以植株较高、分枝多,单株结果数多,小区产量高等特点,表现为较抗旱;其次为贺油11、贺油12,也具有一定的抗旱性;远杂9307抗旱性不理想。综上所述,可以考虑中花15、贺油11、贺油12作为江苏旱薄地花生种植品种。
6 newly-introduced varieties ot peanut I.Aractt^s nypogaea t.. j axe u^u ,u, ation of drought resistance by both simulated experiments in lab and field estimation in 4 test areas, including Taixing, Rugao, Xuyi and Haimen. After being treated with 15% PEG6000, Heyou 11, Heyou 12 and Zhonghua 15 have lower reductions of biomass accumulation while the growths of other varieties, including Yuanza 9307, Guihua 1026 and Guihua 836, are strongly depressed. Estimation results in field also show Zhonghua 15, which has higher height, more branches, more fruits per plant and higher productions among our varieties, has the best drought resistance. Heyou 11 and Heyou 12 also perform well, and Yuanza 9307 has the poor- est drought resistance. So Zhonghua 15, Heyou 11 and Heyou 12 are suitable for drought and infertile areas in Jiangsu.
