摘要
以白菜的不同变种‘普通白菜’和‘菜薹’为材料,采用石蜡切片法研究花粉发育的不同时期。试验结果表明:‘普通白菜’和‘菜薹’的成熟花粉粒为三核型,包括1个营养核和2个精核,具三个萌发孔。对于普通白菜品种,在2.50~3.00mm长的花蕾中绝大多数花粉处于单核靠边期和双核早期,是进行花药或小孢子的适宜取材时期;对于菜薹品种,绝大多数花粉处于单核靠边期和双核早期的花蕾长度应为1.50~3.00mm,是进行花药或小孢子的适宜取材时期。
The pollen development stages in different varieties of Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis Makino are observed and analyzed by the paraffin method. The results show that the mature pollen grain is of 3-cell, including one vegetative nucleus and two sperm nucleuses, and each has three germinal aperture in Brassia campestrls ssp. chinensis var. commuis Tsen et Lee and Brassia campestris ssp. chinensis vat. utilis Tsen et Lee. The development of microspore at late uninucleate stage or early binucleate stage, is the optimal harvest time for the anther or microspore culture. The length of buds is the range of 2.5 to 3.0 mm for Brassia campestris ssp. chinensis var. commuis Tsen et Lee, while the length of buds is the range of 1.5 to 3.0 mm for Brassia campestris ssp. chinensis var. utilis Tsen et Lee.
