我国资源型产业集群发展状况及比较分析

Analysis and comparison of the development status ofChina's resource-based industry cluster

资源型产业集群是有别于传统制造业及高技术产业集群的一类集群。通过对国外已形成的三种资源型产业集群发展模式,即"荷兰病"式、规避式、转型升级式,各自形成过程和特点的研究,得出促进我国资源型产业集群可持续发展的经验启示:政府在资源型产业集群发展中起着主要作用;谨防产业结构单一,发展相关产业;加强创新。

Based on the comparative analysis among resource-based cluster, traditional manufacturing industrial cluster and high-tech industrial cluster, the paper has discussed the feature and development of resource-based cluster. By means of the study of formation and eharacteristics on three established development patterns of resource-based clusters, that is Dutch disease type, circumvention type and transformation type, we have achieved some experience of sustainable development of resource-based cluster.
