摘要
扭曲扁管因其显著的强化传热能力得到广泛应用,从机械设计的角度,分析了扭曲扁管换热器管板强度计算问题,指出了扭曲扁管换热器管板强度计算与普通管壳式换热器的不同,采用"当量圆管"的等效处理方法,给出了管板计算的解决方案;探讨了扁管长轴尺寸及公差、管板开孔间距及公差和支持板结构等几个结构设计中的关键问题,结合工程实际提出了常用换热管的合理公差尺寸,并针对抽拉管束时支持板的稳固,给出了可行的措施;根据扭曲扁管管束的结构,指出换热管不存在轴向失稳问题,可以不必计算;并提出了扭曲扁管后续研究应重点关注扁管结构尺寸与轴向刚度关联性的研究。
Mechanical design for twisted-tube heat exchanger is focused in this article.By means of equivalent tube bundle,tubesheet can be calculated using common method like GB 151 and common software like SW6;Dimentions for major axis length and tube pitch are discussed,reasonable tolerance are also approved in practice;Feasible measures about support baffle are advised to keep it stable and easily pulling-out;Finally,aspect need to be focused in subsequent research,such as axial rigidity research of twisted-tube bundle,is advised.
