摘要
针对塔式容器在地震载荷下的强度问题,首先通过数值方法对塔式容器模型简化、地震载荷下的时程响应分析,然后考虑内压和风载荷共同作用对塔器进行强度校核,通过实例分析给出了地震载荷下塔式容器强度计算和校核的时程响应分析方法。此时程响应分析方法是地震载荷作用下塔式容器强度计算的通用方法,是我国塔式容器标准中反应谱方法之外的又一方法。
The seismic time - history response analysis of vertical vessels was carried out in ord to solve the proplem of its strength under seismic load. First, the numerical model of vertical vessel was built and the dynamic response analysis was carried out by FEA;then considering the combined action of internal pressure and wind load at the same time with seismic load, strength was checked. The check method of vertical vessel under seismic loads was given by an example. This time - history analysis method is a gen- eral method for calculating the strength of vertical vessel under earthquake, and can also be used to other vertical vessels under seismic load. The time - history analysis method is another method except response spectrum method in China vertical vessel standard.
