摘要
对碳钢材质焦炭塔上部严重腐蚀减薄的原因进行了分析,在焦炭塔运行期间,由于塔顶立柱垫板区域封头及其下部筒体的传热较快,温度较其他部位低,内壁无法结焦(形成保护膜),壁厚减薄是由高温硫腐蚀和低温HCl-H2S-H2O腐蚀引起的。针对腐蚀减薄的区域,制定了合理的壁板更换方案。
Corrosion caused serious wall reduction in coke tower made by carbon steel was analyzed. It was found that, during operation, the high temperature sulfide corrosion and HC1 - H2S - H20 corrosion in the tower column plate area and lower cylinder is very serious. The corrosion is mainly caused by the low tem- perature in these areas. Coke film, which is helpful for the anti -corrosion performance, cannot be pro- duced in these areas due to the high heat transfer rate in these areas. By study and analysis, the corre- sponding repair scheme was also proposed.
