大型储罐用高强度钢板国产化开发

Localization of High Strength Steel for Large Tanks

2004年以前,国内建造的10×104m3及其以上大型浮顶油罐用高强度钢板主要依赖进口。随着国家石油储备等建设项目的陆续启动,高强度钢板的供需矛盾日益突出,尤其体现在国家一期储备基地的建设期间。受委托,笔者具体组织了有关单位进行高强度钢板的国产化研发,群策群力,用了一年半的时间,不仅解决了当时我国石油储备库建设急需的高强度钢板,更重要的是在以后的商储和民间储备建设中完全采用了国产高强度钢板,为振兴民族工业积累了经验。

Before 2004,the 10 × 104 m3 and larger high strength steel plates for large floating roof tanks built in China had to be imported. With the building of a number of national oil reserve terminals, the sup- ply of high strength steel plates is becoming increasingly tightened, especially in the construction period of 1 st phase national oil terminals. With the commission, the authors organized relative institutions to develop the high strength steel plates. Under the cooperative efforts of one and half years, the high strength steel plates were successfully developed, which has not only solved the problem of urgent tightened supply of high strength steel plates for the construction of oil terminals but also made it possible the substitution of all imported steel plates by domestic high strength steel plates in the construction of commercial and civil oil storage depots. Good experience has been accumulated for the development of national industry.
