摘要
棉花铁路运输环境条件对研究棉花铁路运输过程火灾事故的起因有重大作用。在国内首次开展对棉花铁路运输环境条件系统测试中,通过综合考虑季节、使用车型、棉花包捆扎方式及在车内码放位置等因素,提出切实可行的测试方案。为确保测试结果的准确可靠,针对温湿度测试仪器、不开包检测回潮率测试仪器、基于物联网的实时测试系统等系列测试设备进行研发,实现了试验数据的异地实时读取,为研究棉花铁路运输火灾原因取得了大量基础数据,并对主要测试结果进行分析。
The environment condition of cotton railway transportation has major role on cause of fire accidents during the transportation.In the environment condition system test of cotton railway transportation for the first time,through comprehensively considering the factors such as season,used train type,cotton bundle way and stacking position inside train,the workable test program was put forward in this paper.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test result,a series of test equipments were development which targeting with temperature and humidity measuring instrument,moisture regain testing instrument without open package inspection and real-time test system based on IOT,all of these realize remote real-time reading of test data and achieve large amount of basic data on fire reason of cotton railway transportation,then the main test results were analyzed in the paper.
