北京铁路枢纽物流中心规划研究

Study on Logistic Center Planning of Beijing Railway Hub

通过对北京铁路枢纽物流要素和枢纽存在主要问题的分析,结合北京"十二五"时期"三环、五带、多中心"物流节点空间布局的物流发展规划和北京铁路枢纽物流"两整合、一建设"发展规划原则,提出北京地区铁路枢纽物流中心选址方案,推荐良乡、沙河、顺义、魏善庄南4个铁路物流中心规划设置方案,并对其进行优缺点分析。

Through analyzing the logistic factors of Beijing railway hub and main problems existing in the hub,combined with logistic development plan of logistic node space distribution with ＂3 loops,5 belts and multi-centers＂ and the development plan principle of Beijing railway hub with logistic ＂two integrations and one establishment＂ during the ＂Twelfth Five-Years Plan＂ period,this paper puts forward the location program of logistic center in Beijing railway hub,recommends 4 railway logistic center planning and setup schemes including Liangxiang,Shahe,Shunyi and Weishanzhuang South and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.
