Study on Technical Standard of Cold-chain Logistic Transportation

根据我国冷链物流运输技术标准发展概况,分析国际冷链物流运输技术标准建设情况,提出我国冷链物流运输技术标准构架,主要是我国冷链物流运输技术标准体系和理论框架。针对完善我国冷链物流标准化体系,提出需要解决的问题是系统更新原有标准内容,提高操作性标准的应用性,明确冷链物流运输质量控制指标,与国际通用标准化体系保持同步,加强行业的指导和参与。

According to the technical standard development situation of cold-chain logistic transportation in China,this paper analyzes the situation of technical standard establishment of international cold-chain logistic transportation,and points out that the technical standard framework of Chinese cold-chain logistic transportation mainly are the technical standard system and theory framework of the cold-chain logistic transportation.Targeting with optimizing the standard system in China,the paper puts forward the problems needs resolved are updating original standard contents of the system,increasing practicability of operation standard,clearing quality control index of coldchain logistic transportation,consisting synchronization with international general standard system and enhancing industrial guidance and participation.
