Discussion on Comprehensive Optimization Method of Railway Construction Project Cost,Progress and Quality

铁路工程项目的成本、进度和质量三大目标之间存在着相互作用的因果关系,在施工项目管理中合理地调整优化三大控制目标,将对项目的顺利实施起到重要作用。在分析铁路工程项目工期、成本与质量之间相互关系的基础上,构建质量和成本约束条件下的工期优化方案、工期和质量约束条件下的成本优化方案、工期和成本约束条件下的质量优化方案,并通过实例进行分析。

The three major objects of railway construction project—cost,progress and quality have causal relationship interacting with each other,so reasonably adjust and optimize the objects in construction project management will play important role on smooth implement of the project.Based on analyzing the inter-relationship among the construction period,cost and quality of railway construction project,some optimization program were established,such as construction period optimization program under quality and cost restriction,cost optimization program under construction period and quality restriction and quality optimization program under construction period and cost restriction,then the programs were analyzed by example.
