脑电双频指数对心肺复苏术后的预后分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脑电双频指数对心肺复苏术后的预后。方法收集心肺复苏术后患者35例,根据患者7d生存率分为存活组17例和死亡组18例。所有患者进入ICU即行脑电双频指数监测,同时记录急性生理健康与慢性疾病评分及格拉斯哥昏迷评分,对所有患者的动脉氧饱和度进行监测,监测其中25例患者的颅底静脉氧饱和度,脑氧代谢状况取差值来反映。结果两组患者脑电双频指数差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05),脑电双频指数与格拉斯哥昏迷评分具有良好的相关性,与生理健康与慢性疾病评分也有相关性。结论持续监测脑电双频指数,在一定程度上反映患者的预后。
