数字倾角仪的非线性补偿及抗干扰技术 被引量:8

摘要 针对某高架平台对倾角仪测量精度高、数据传输距离长、抗干扰能力强的使用要求,研究了Accustar串行式倾角仪的传感器特性、硬件连接和数据采集方式。通过实验标定获取数据对倾角仪非线性误差进行了软件补偿,并为长线传输设计了隔离驱动电路。实际应用证明:补偿后倾角仪非线性误差从0.9%下降到0.1%,平台在较强电磁干扰的环境下仍满足±0.05°的定位精度要求。 Aimed at the requirement that the clinometer for a elevated platfmra should have high-precision,long data-transmitting distance and anti-jamming capability,the sensor features, hardware connection and data acquisition of the serial output accustar elinometer were introduced. Nonlinear error was calibrated through experiments and compensated by software, and isolating drive circuit was designed for long-distance data transmission. In practical application, the nonlinear error decreases from 0.9% to 0. 1% after compensation and the platform can meet the requirement for positioning accuracy of ±0.05° in bad EMI environment.
