摘要
根据传统功能测试系统的现状和存在的主要问题,文中提出一种基于MC9S08AW32的PCB功能测试系统的设计。系统采用总线结构思想,借助继电器矩阵灵活配置I/O端口的特点,不需改动硬件,仅用软件设置,实现测试资源和UUT的信号互通,具有较强的灵活性和扩展性。经试验和实际生产已证明系统稳定性好、可靠性高、完全满足客户需求。
According to the current status quo and the main problems of the traditional functional testing system, this paper proposed a PCB functional testing system design based on MC9SO8AW32 mierocontroller. Based on the bus structure, this system u- tilized the flexibility of configuring the relay matrix I/O ports, connected the test resources and the signal of the unit under test (UUT) to the bus, achieving the interoperability between signals through software settings. Experiments and actual production prove that this testing system can meet the customers' demand,with stability,expansibility and flexibility.
