摘要 交变漏磁检测技术结合了涡流检测和漏磁检测的优点,它可以实现对铁磁性材料表面裂纹的准确检测。文中介绍了交变漏磁检测的原理以及裂纹检测系统的软硬件设计。通过试验研究,依据检测的两路信号及其构成的缺陷环图,可以实现对裂纹缺陷的检测。 Alternating magnetic flux leakage inspection technology combines the advantages of eddy current testing and magnetic flux leakage inspection, it can achieve accurate detection of surface cracks on the ferromagnetic material. This paper introduced the principle of alternating magnetic flux leakage inspection and crack detection system hardware and software design. Through a pilot study based on the detection of two signals of defect ring diagram, it realizes crack defect detection.
