摘要
针对水轮发电机转子绕组线圈短路无法预警以及短路后绕组所在磁极查找困难的问题,设计了水轮发电机转子磁极温度动态监测系统。该系统采用红外非接触式测温方法对水轮发电机转子绕组每一个磁极温度进行动态监测,并以柱状图的形式显示。给出了系统测试及现场工作效果图,并进行了分析。分析结果表明,该系统能够实时监测当前转子中每个磁极的温度,对温度异常的磁极线圈位置能够及时准确定位,有效节省了故障磁极绕组的排查检修时间,提高了工作效率和经济效益。
In the view of the problem that it cann' t be warned when the coin of hydro-generator rotor is shorted, and is hard to find the shorted coin, a dynamic temperature detection system for hydro-generator rotor was designed. This system used the infrared technology to detect the temperature for the hydro-generator rotor. Test results show that the system can display the temperature with the corresponding pole. The pole with abnormal temperature can be timely and accurately posited, maintenance time is effectively saved, the efficiency and economic benefits are improved.
