摘要 介绍了带通采样定理,它在数据采集中可以降低采样率,但是在实际采集中存在信号混叠,采样"盲区"和频谱反转等问题,对这些问题提出了解决方法。在这个理论基础上,设计了高速数据采集系统的硬件电路,介绍了数据采集ADC芯片AD08D1000,以及该芯片的外围差分信号转换电路和时钟信号产生电路,同时还介绍了电源模块电路和用于数据传输的USB模块电路。 This paper introduced the band-pass sampling theorem. The sampling rate in data collection can be greatly reduced by this theorem. However, problems of signals aliasing, sampling blind area and spectrum reversal were appeared in actual data col- lection. The paper proposed the solution methods of these problems. Then the hardware circuit of the high-speed data acquisition system was designed based on the theoretical basis. The data acquisition ADC chip AD08D1000, the peripheral difference signal circuit of the chip and the clock signal circuit were introduced. Besides, the power module circuit and the USB module circuit used for data transmission were introduced.
