摘要
简要介绍了我国天使投资的兴起和历史沿革,从视角、概念内涵、投资人心态、天使投资的发展环境4个方面,分析了中国天使投资在培育发展过程中出现的问题及误区,重点从政府培育市场的角度,提出了培育天使投资群体、加强天使资本引导、构建天使投资网络、完善天使投资机制、营造良好发展环境5项天使投资发展的对策。
The paper was briefly discussed rising and historic evolution of angel investment in China. Then, the paper was analyzed present problems and mistakes in process of development of angel investment from 4 aspects of viewing angles, concepts, attitude of investor and development environment of angel investment. Finally, the paper was put forward 5 counter- measures of developing angel investment from aspect of cultivating market by government, such as cultivating group of angel investment, strengthening guidance of angel capital, building network of angel investment, perfecting mechanism of angel in- vestment and creating benign development environment.
