摘要
为了制备高性能、低成本的NbFeB产品,可以利用成本相对较低的Ho替代部分Dy和Tb。介绍了实验方法,讨论了回火工艺对磁体的密度及显微结构的影响,以及多级回火工艺对磁体的矫顽力的影响,指出同时含有Dy和Ho的合金a,或同时含有Dy,Ho和Tb的合金b,采用多级回火工艺烧结NbFeB磁体,可以最有效地发挥各元素作用并提升矫顽力。
In order to make high performance and low cost NbfeB products, Ho is taken place of part Dy and Tb with low cost. The paper was introduced experimental methods, and discussed effect of tempering process to density and microstructure of magnet as well as effect of multilevel tempering process to magnet. At the same time, the paper was put forward both al- loys containing Dy and Ho or both containing Dy, Ho and Tb alloy b, when using multi-stage tempering process NbFeB sin- tered magnet can effectively played the role of the elements and enhance the coercive force.
