女飞行人员住院疾病谱分析

Analysis of disease spectrum of hospitalized female aircrew

目的分析近10年住院女飞行人员疾病谱特点,为提高女飞行人员卫勤保障能力提供依据。方法采集2001-2010年58例住我院女飞行人员的资料信息,对其疾病种类及专科分布等进行统计分析并与一组男飞行人员资料比较。结果除妇科疾病占首位外,骨科疾病最多,其次是内分泌系统疾病和消化系统疾病,与住院男飞行人员发病率最高的骨科疾病、占第2位的消化系统疾病和第5位的内分泌系统疾病比较,总体差异具有显著性。结论要注重科学训练及压力疏解,大力加强女飞行人员妇科疾病和骨骼、肌肉疾病的防治。

Objective Our goal was to provide the evidence for aeromedical support by observing the disease spectrum of hospitalized female aircrew in the past ten years.Methods Medical records of 58（133 cases/time） female aircrew admitted to our hospital from 2001 to 2010 were collected and analyzed according to their diseases,involving specialty.The data was compared with the reported findings in male aircrew.Results Except for the highest incidence of gynecological diseases,orthopaedic diseases took the lead,followed by endocrine system diseases and digestive system diseases.Compared with the reported findings in hospitalized male aircrew,whose highest incidence was bone disease,and whose digestive system disease took the second and endocrine system disease the fifth.There were great differences between female and male aircrew.Conclusion More attention should be paid to scientific training and pressure relief,as well as prevention of gynecological disease and skeletal muscle disease in female aircrew.
