心理护理在空勤高血压病患者康复治疗中的临床意义

Psychological nursing clinical significance in flight hypertension patient rehabilitation

目的通过对空勤高血压病患者实施心理护理,提高他们对高血压病的认识及治疗效果。方法 20例空勤高血压病患者作为试验组,在常规口服降压药物的同时,给予有效的心理护理治疗。在入院后3、5、7、14 d及出院后2、4周监测晨起8∶00血压并记录。另20例仅给予口服降压药物的同类空勤高血压病患者作为对照组。对比两组同一时间点的血压监测数据,评价心理护理对空勤高血压病康复治疗的临床意义。结果试验组入院7,14 d及2、4周血压控制效果优于对照组,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在空勤高血压病患者的康复治疗中具有重要临床意义,值得推广。

Objective Based on f light implement effective psychological nursing patients with hypertension,the f light was made to improve awareness of hypertension,so as to improve the therapeutic effect of f light hypertension.Methods 40 Flight hypertension patients were recruited into study,and they were divided into two groups： in the routine oral antihypertensive drugs（control group）,at the same time,effective psychological nursing was given（experimental group）.In 3rd,5th,7th,14th day after admission and past discharge after 2nd week,4th week from 8：00 am when blood pressure monitored and recorded.Comparing blood pressure in two groups to monitor data at the same point in time,psychological nursing on flight hypertension rehabilitation clinical significance was evaluated.Results Experimental group admission day 7 and day 14 and the past discharge after the second week and the fourth week blood pressure control was better than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Psychological nursing in flight hypertension patient rehabilitation therapy had important clinical significance,being worth the clinical promotion.
