摘要
海底输气管道的平均压力是海底管道基础设计的重要参数之一,其预测结果的可靠性和准确性直接关系到管道的安全施工和平稳运行。基于OLGA动态模拟软件,以实际海底天然气输送管道为例,模拟了管道停输时进出口压力及温度随停输时间的变化规律,确定了该工况下的管道平均压力并预测了此时管道是否存在水合物生成的风险。
The average pressure on gas subsea pipeline, the reliability and accuracy of whose prediction is directly related to the safe construction and the steady operation of the pipeline, is a crucial and basic data when designing. The paper is based on the OLGA transi- ent simulation software and the gas subsea pipeline engineering practice, which simulates the pressure and changing temperature after the pipeline is shut down, so as to determine the av- erage pressure on the pipeline and predict whether the risk of hydrate formation is involved.
