摘要
职业教育是培养职业人,不是制造职业机器。文化就是人化,即以"文"化人,以"人"化物,与之相应的是人文文化及其价值理性与科学文化及其工具理性。教育既是文化传承的重要手段,又是文化创新的必要基础,教育定位于文化领域中其宗旨是素质教育,从手段上看,教育是文化教育。思想道德素质与职业素质是职业人必需具备的素质,而文化素质又是它们的基础。文化素质是素质的基础,又是基础的素质。培养高素质职业人是圆中国梦不可或缺的条件。
Vocation education is to produce high-skilled professionals instead of machines. Culture means humanization, refining a man with education, and dealing with things with humanity, which gives rise to humanistic culture and value rationality and, in contrast, scientific culture and instrument rationality. Education is a channel of cultural inheritance, and foundation of cultural innovation. Put in the context of cultural domain, education is, in its essence, for all-round development. Ethical standards and professionalism are essential to high-skilled professionals. Developing quality professionals is indispensable to the pursuit of China Dream.
