间位芳纶纤维及浆粕的热性能分析 被引量:3

Analysis of thermal performance of meta-aramid fiber and fibrids

摘要 采用DSC、TG热分析方法对几种不同的芳纶纤维和浆粕的热性能进行了分析,研究了其受热后重量和能量随环境温度和受热时间的变化.DSC曲线表明短纤维未出现玻化转变温度,结晶峰也未出现,浆粕无定型部分的玻璃化转变温度在283℃左右,在300℃以后出现冷结晶现象.TG分析表明短切纤维与浆粕在400℃以上出现失重分解,浆粕失重速率大于纤维失重速率. Thermal performance of some kinds of meta-aramid fiber and fibrids was analyzed by DSC and TG. Changes of their weight and energy as the heating tempreture and time changed after being heated were researched. DSC curves showed that glass transition temperature and cold crystallization peak didnlt appear, amorphous part of the fibrid is about 283 ℃ ,and cold crystallization phonomenon occurred after 300 ℃. Weightlessness decompo- sition appeared after 400 ℃, rate of weightlessness of fibrids was faster than fibers'.
