杭州市民出行模式调查与交通拥堵治理思路

On the Residents Traveling Pattern and Traffic Congestion Management Approach in Hangzhou

交通拥堵是困扰杭州城市管理的重要议题,而交通需求管理则是解决这一问题的根本手段。本文以交通需求管理为目的,对杭州市民出行模式进行调查,发现在不同的时间节点市民出行模式既有共同点,也有较大差异。同时,市民出行模式对杭州交通拥堵现象有重要影响。最后,基于需求管理理念和调查结果,提出了未来杭州交通拥堵治理的解决思路。

traffic congestion management is a critical issue of municipal management and reties on the approach of traffic demand management to cope with. In order to make the traffic congestion management decision effectively, based on a survey of residents traveling pattern in Hangzhou, this article reaches conclusions as follows： first, the traveling patterns are different subject to different time periods except for a few features in common, second, residents traveling pattern has important influence on traffic congestion in Hangzhou. According to the survey, some approaches for the traffic congestion management are proposed.
