摘要
20世纪90年代初王铁军教授主编、主撰的我国第一本《校长学》的出版问世标志着校长学成为教育学领域内一门独立学科。校长学的发展是理论体系完备与行动策略构建并行的过程。学科的应用性价值取向是学科建设的重要特征,具体体现在学科理论框架的探索、理论路径的确立、方法论的运用、内容体系的建设等方面。学科的应用性价值取向对教育学领域其它应用性学科建设具有重要借鉴价值。从学科发展历程来看王铁军教授作为学科奠基人作出了重要贡献。
Headmaster Discipline, mainly edited and written by Prof. Wang Tiejun in the early 1990s, marks that headmaster discipline has become an independent discipline in the field of pedagogy. The development of the headmaster discipline is the concurrent construction of a mature theoretical system and action strategy. The value orientation of the application of a discipline is featured with the exploration of the discipline theory framework, the establishment of the approach of the theory, the application of the methodology, the construction of the system of the contents, and so on. Professor Wang Tiejun has made very important contributions to the development of the theory of headmaster discipline. The establishment and the development of headmaster discipline can provide important reference towards the construction of the applied discipline in the field of pedagogy.
