Research on the Corporate Social Responsibility of Multinational Corporations

跨国公司社会责任通常认为包含四个方面,即人权、环境、劳资关系、可持续发展"。本文包括三个部分:一是介绍了企业社会责任理念的新发展;二是在我国设立了分支机构或者子公司的跨国企业在遵守社会责任规则时的现状,分析其不足之处,并提出了如何解决的方法;三是对我国的"走出去"的跨国企业提出新的行为规范要求。

It is generally accepted that multinational corporate social responsibility contains human rights, environment, labor relations and sustainable development. This paper is divided into three parts. In first part, new developments of concept of corporate social responsibility are introduced. The second part analyzes the status quo of multinational corporation complying with corporate social responsibility and its countermeasures. Finally, new conduct practices and requirements are put forward directing at multinational corporation in the process of ＂going out＂.
