The Crisis and Future of Teacher Education in Local Colleges

国家政策改革和师范院校综合化发展导致地方本科院校教师教育面临着严峻的发展危机。地方本科院校应该抓住教师专业化发展的机遇,探索适应教师专业化发展的教师教育模式,结合新课程改革的需要,从招生、职前培养、就业、职后培训等方面形成一个完整的教师教育模式,努力为地方基础教育发展服务。

The reforms of national education policy and the comprehensive development of teacher colleges lead teacher education to a severe development crisis. The local colleges need to seize the opportunity of teacher specialization development and to explore a new model of teacher education that adapts to the professional development of teachers. In the light of new curriculum reform, an overall teacher education model is expected to come in terms of enrollment,pre-service education,employment and post-service training, providing more services for basic education.
