实时荧光定量PCR检测REST基因在小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨REST基因在小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR对30例小细胞肺癌组织及癌旁组织中REST进行检测。结果 REST在小细胞肺癌组织中的表达水平0.596比正常肺组织0.949明显降低(P<0.05),小细胞肺癌组织中REST的表达与肿瘤的分化程度及侵袭性有关(P<0.05)。结论 REST在小细胞肺癌组织中有低表达,可能参与小细胞肺癌的发病,可能有助于小细胞肺癌的早期诊断、治疗及预后。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of REST expression in small cell lung cancer. Methods The real-time quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of REST mRNA in 30 patients with small cell lung cancer and their normal transitional cell tissues. Results The expression of REST mRNA in the small cell lung cancer tis- sues (0.596) was significantly down-regulated than that in the normal transitional cell tissues(0.949). The expression REST mRNA in well-moderated differentiation small cell lung cancer were higher than those in poor differentiation small cell lung cancer (P〈0.05). Conclusion There is aberrant expression of REST in small cell lung cancer. They are involved in the pathogenesis of small cell lung cancer. To detect the expression of REST mRNA may be a reliable means for early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of small cell lung cancer.
