摘要
以宁波电子中专为例,通过探析中专升格高职教师身份置换后在转型过程中面临的知识结构老化、思想观念落后、科研意识薄弱等现状,采用理论分析和实践调查相结合的方法,对其面临的现状提出切实可行的对策。
This paper takes the Ningbo electronic school as an example,aging,the knowledge structure of face in the transition process through the analysis of secondary school upgraded higher vocational teacher identity after replacement of the backward ideas,weak awareness of scientific research,using the method of theory analysis and practice of combining the investigation,put forward the feasible countermeasure of its current situation facing.
