纸厂锅炉回水改造和控制系统节能分析

摘要 用电设备的变频改造和蒸汽凝结水的密闭回收利用可明显降低能耗,通过对某厂进行锅炉自动燃烧控制系统变频改造和密闭冷凝水回收系统节能改造,根据当地环境温度的不同,改造后每个月和一整年进行效益分析,并通过监测仪表实际数据验证得出冷凝水回收改造项目回收周期短,节能效果显著。 Frequent transformation of electrical equipment and steam condensate confined recycling can significantly reduce energy consumption. Frequent transformation of boiler automatic combustion system and energy - saving transformation of confined sealing water recycling system is done to one power plant. Efficiency is analyzed every month and every year according to different local ambient temperature. Practical data from monitoring instrument proves that recovery period of condensate water recycling transformation project is short with remarkable energy saving effect.
