城乡教师资源配置的新视角:存量改革与增量改革兼顾

A New Perspective on Teacher Resources Allocation in Urban and Rural:Balance the Stock Reform and Incremental Reform

根据对相关地区的现状调研和资料查阅发现,我国城乡教师资源配置不均衡问题较为突出,具体表现为农村教师数量不足、农村教师的福利待遇有待提高、农村教师结构不合理、农村教师继续教育失缺等。因此,应进一步优化教师资源配置,探寻城乡教师资源配置的新视角:存量改革与增量改革兼顾。

Based on the investigation and analysis of related information of particular areas,the following conclusion has been drawn：the allocation of teacher-resources exists a series of problems,such as the number of rural teachers is not enough,teachers’salaries should be improved,the structure of rural teachers is not suitable and the lack of rural teachers’further education program.As for those reasons,we should take actions to optimize the allocation of teacher-resources from a new view of point：balance the stock reform and incremental reform.
