我国应急物资储备体系优化探析

Study on the Optimization of China’s Emergency Material Reserve System

近年来几次突发事件应对的实际表明,我国现有的应急物资储备体系存在着较大的问题。针对我国应急物资储备的现状,以及当前我国应急物资储备体系存在的问题,提出了完善我国应急物资储备体系的策略:完善政府应急物资储备管理体系,建立多元化的应急物资储备模式,充足应急物资储备数量和品种,建立多渠道的资金来源,提高应急物资仓储设施设备的现代化水平等。

Several incidents coped with in recent years show that some problems are still existing in our emergency supplies reserves system.Based on the analysis of the present status of emergency supplies reserves and the current problems of emergency materials reserve system in our country,the strategies of perfecting our country＇s system of emergency supplies reserves are put forward：improving the government＇s emergency supplies reserves management system,establishing a diversified mode of emergency supplies reserves,ensuring sufficient quantity and variety,setting up multi-channel sources of funding and improving the modern level of emergency material storage facilities.
