基底动脉尖综合征的临床观察

摘要 基底动脉尖综合征（TOBS）是由左、右大脑后动脉，左、右小脑上动脉和基底动脉顶端为中心，直径2cm范围的血液循环障碍所致的脑组织缺血性损伤的临床征候群。Caplan将其从后循环缺血中区分出来，强调TOBS是一种特殊类型的脑干血管病，依病灶部位不同将TOBS分为脑干首端型、枕叶颞叶型和小脑型。随着影像学的发展，近年来关于TOBS的病例报道逐渐增加，具有致残率高、病死率高、预后差的特点，逐渐受到临床医生的重视。现将在本院就诊的25例基底动脉尖综合征患者进行回顾性分析，结果如下。
