摘要
由于风能资源的不稳定性,在风电密集接入电网地区,风电的不稳定性对电网的安全稳定运行带来了一些负面的影响。为了应对风电的不稳定性,通常采取的办法是:风电有功功率的波动通过火电调峰机组来平衡;风电无功功率补偿的问题通过动态无功补偿装置来平衡;当电网本身故障时,动态无功补偿装置的性能指标对电网的安全尤为重要。
Due to the instability of the wind energy resources,the instability of wind power brought some negative effects on the grid safe and stable operation in wind power grid-intensive areas.The common method to cope with the problem is: the fluctuation of wind active power is balanced by thermal power cycling unit;the problem of wind reactive power is balanced by dynamic var compensator;the performance index of dynamic var compensator is important to grid safety with the fault of grid itself.
