电子病历实施中应用有效需求分析方法的体会

Effective Demand Analysis Method Management Experience about the Implementation of the Electronic Medical Records System

目的:探讨在医院成功实施电子病历的软件项目中有效需求获取的重要性。方法:主要应用了面向对象的原形化思想,采用了用例分析方法,RUP的过程实现方法和JAD的需求获取方法。在CASE工具上主要采用了IBMROSE。结果:工具能为我们提供服务,但获得用户需求的根本应放在最有效的沟通上。结论:有效需求的获取方法是有效沟通。

Objective： To discuss the importance of obtaining effective demand by implementing the EMR（electronic medical records）in software project successfully in our hospital. Methods： By applying the object-oriented prototype ideas, we use case analysis method, process of RUP implementation method and obtaining JAD demand method. We mainly use IBMROSE on CASE tools. Results： Tools can provide services for us, but we should pay more attention to effective communication. Conclusion： The method of obtaining effective demand is effective communication.
