摘要
以丙烯酸酯改性聚氨酯为基体,通过加入空心玻璃泡、聚丙烯短切玻璃纤维、纳米丙烯酸酯橡胶粉末和乳液共混的方法制备了新型船舶用环保降噪声涂料,并对该涂料的性能进行了分析测试。结果表明,应用该基体得到的复合降噪声涂料的降噪性能、黏接强度、耐水性能、阻燃性能、环保性能均可满足设计要求。
New type of environmental protection and noise reduction coatings used for ship were prepared by using acrylate modified polyurethane as matrix, hollow glass bubble, chopped glass polyacrylates fiber and polyacrylates were blended with emulsion, and the properties of this coating were analyzed and tested. The results show that the noise reduction performance, adhesive strength, water resistance, flame resistance performance and environmental protection performance of the composite noise reduction coatings which prepared by this matrix can meet the design requirements.
