摘要
在现代涂装生产中,喷涂机器人已经成为了必不可少的生产组成部分,因此,通过分析在汽车涂装的新颜色开发阶段遇到的相关问题以及处理办法,介绍了机器人喷涂的仿形流程,并对仿形过程中影响漆膜性能的因素进行了具体的分析和阐述。最终通过改变喷涂参数和仿形轨迹,克服了涂料遮盖力差等问题。
Spraying robot has become the indispensable part in the modern coating production process. Therefore, the robot spraying profiling process, and the profiling process were analyzed by analyzing the relevant problems and the method encountered in the development phase of new color in the automotive painting, and approach the robot spraying profiling process factors affect the film profiling process performance. Eventually the problem of poor hiding power was overcome by changing the spray parameters and profiling modeling track.
