心脏搭桥手术中应用回路垫的效果分析

Effect analysis of circuit cushion application in heart bypass surgery

目的探讨心脏搭桥手术中使用MEGA2000soft回路垫的实用性和安全性。方法选取心脏搭桥手术患者200例，根据手术时间先后顺序分为两组，对照组100例为负极板组，观察组100例为回路垫组。比较两组患者术中电刀报警次数，患者皮肤灼伤、压疮发生情况。结果负极板组发生电刀报警26例，一期压疮3例，灼伤I例；回路垫组未发生上述情况，顺利完成手术。结论心脏搭桥手术中使用回路垫安全、舒适、方便易行并且经济实用，扩大了高频电刀在心脏搭桥手术中的适用范围，有利于减少术中压疮、灼伤的发生，降低了护士工作强度，减少了术后并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the practicability and safety of MEGA2000 soft loop pad used in heart bypass surgery. Methods Totals of 200 cases patients with heart bypass surgery, according to the time sequence of operation were divided into two groups ： control group in which 100 cases of negative plate group and observation group, that 100 examples for loop pad group. Then, frequency of electric knife alarm, the incidence of skin burn and sore in two groups were observed and compared. Results In negative plate group, 26 cases with electric knife alarm, 3 cases with bed sore, 1 case with burn, while no case could be found in loop pad group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The heart bypass surgery using loop pad is safe, comfortable, convenient and feasible and economical and practical, which expand the suitable range of high frequency electricity knife in the heart bypass surgery that beneficial to decrease operative medium pressure sore, the occurrence of burn and reduce the nurses working strength, reduce the postoperative complications.
