摘要 [目的]调查内科肺癌患者营养风险、营养不良及营养支持应用情况,为患者合理应用营养支持提供参考依据。[方法]采用"营养风险筛查2002"方法,以及人体测量和生化指标检测,包括身高、体重、腰围、握力、血清白蛋白(Alb)、体质指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(Hb)等,调查北京大学肿瘤医院胸部肿瘤内科新入院肺癌患者的营养状况及营养支持情况。[结果]营养风险的发生率为15.59%,营养不足的发生率为8.60%,超重及肥胖发生率为46.77%,腹部肥胖的发生率为62.37%。有营养风险的患者营养支持率为0。[结论]肺癌患者中有部分患者存在营养风险,有营养风险患者存在营养支持不足,需开展大样本关于营养支持对化疗患者临床结局影响的研究,以提高临床医生对患者营养问题的重视程度。 Purpose To investigate the prevalence of nutritional risk, undernutrition and application of nutritional support in medical patients with cancer, so as to provide a reference for the rational application of nutritional support for patients.Methods Nutritional risk screening 2002 was performed, as well as the human body measurement and biochemical detection, including height, weight, waist circumference, hand grip strength, serum albumin (Alb), body mass index (BMI), and hemoglobin (Hb), to investigate the nutritional status and nutritional support of the patients with lung cancer in Thoracic Oncology Department of Peking University Cancer Hospital. Results Overall prevalence of nutritional risk, undernutrition, overweight and obesity, and abdominal obesity was 15.59%,8.60%,46.77%,and 62.37% respectively. Nutritional support of patients with nutritional risk was 0. Conclusion Some patients with lung cancer are at nutritional risk, and nutritional risk patients are accompanied with inadequate nutrition support. Large amount of sample study on the influence of nutritional support on the clinical outcomes of patients treated with chemotherapy should be carried out to improve the attention of clinicians on patients’ nutritional problems.
