When investigated the reservoir zone before,the problem of semi submerged city & town function rehabilitation in SanXia reservoir zone was not investigated in details.So the Emigrant Development Bureau of the State Council SanXia Construction Commission assigned the task to investigate into the function rehabilitation problem of Wanzhou District(Longbao,Tiancheng),Zhong Town and Gaoyang Town of Xinshan,Chongqing in SanXia Reservoir Zone.The paper includes the name,scope and quantity of semi submerged city and town function rehabilitation project and analyses the capital for semi submerged city and town function rehabilitation.
