摘要
本文对上海市区暴雨积水问题的原因从地位位置、气候条件、历史原因等方面作了分析。
The paper analyses the cause of the rainstorm and waterlogging problems in Shanghai urban district from the geological position,climate conditions and history cause etc.Then it puts forward some suggestions of the project measures and non project measures.
