液相色谱——三重四极杆串联质谱联用法测定水中的草甘膦 被引量:1

摘要 建立液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法快速检测生活饮用水中草甘膦(LC-MS/MS),方法:水样与9-芴基甲基三氯甲烷丙酮溶液进行衍生化反应,经过0.2μm滤膜过滤后,用多离子反应监测(MRM)定量法检测草甘膦,建立了定量法检测生活饮用水中草甘膦快速、准确、高灵敏度的方法。经方法学验证,该方法对草甘膦的最低检测质量浓度为0.015mg/L(进样量2μl)。在线性范围内(0~0.8mg/L),相关系数均大于0.999,平均回收率在92.2-104.8%之间。结论:方法定量准确,灵敏度高,测量浓度范围广,是生活饮用水中草甘膦含量准确检测的好方法。
