摘要
文章分析了目前的改革对高教研究室地位有所削弱的内外部原因 ,从管理模式改革与科学决策要求出发 ,提出了高教研究室职能建设与运作的新思路。
The thesis analyzes the reasons why the position of higher education research institution has been weakened in the higher education reform.Form the point of management system reform and scientific decision the author makes some new suggestions on how to bring the higher education research institution into full play.
