本文在分析服装生产线缝制工艺的编排和工艺负荷平衡的基本理论的基础上,指出要实现生产线的工序同期化,重点是要解决工序的合并与平衡问题,并以实例对服装生产线负荷平衡进行优化设计,坚持以生产线的平衡作为根本出发点,提高生产线的连续性、均衡性和高效性。

Based on the analysis of the clothing line sewing process arrangement and the basic theory of the process load balance, this paper pointed out that in order to realize the synchronization process, the key is to solve the process＇ s merge and balance problem. And this paper adheres to the balance as the basic starting point, which can improve the production line with continuity, balance and efficiency.
